Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the 12:00 PM check-in time — you receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in, early departures and no-shows are not eligible for any refund.
- Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method and usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days.
